Prepare the Package
Place the unworn garment in its original packaging, ensuring all traditional embroidery and delicate fabrics are protected and tags remain attached.
Ship Back to Us
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
